Information you provide directly If you use the contact form to reach out, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry — it is not sold, rented, or used for unrelated marketing.

Information collected automatically Like most websites, the Site automatically collects certain data when you visit, including IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and approximate location (city/region level, derived from IP address). This is gathered through Google Analytics and standard web server logs, and is used in aggregate to understand traffic and improve the Site.

Testimonials Testimonials appearing on the Site are sourced from publicly available LinkedIn recommendations written by former clients, managers, or colleagues, and are displayed with the reviewer’s name, title, and company as originally written. Cookies & Tracking

The Site uses cookies — small files stored on your device — primarily through Google Analytics, to recognize repeat visits and understand how the Site is used. The Password-Protected Enterprise Section

A portion of the Site’s portfolio — enterprise case study work completed under employer or client confidentiality — is restricted behind a password-protected page. Access is shared directly and individually by Sandy Tam, via a private link and password, with select recruiters, hiring managers, or professional contacts. There is no public sign-up or request form collecting information through the Site itself.

Standard Site analytics (described above) may still apply to this section. Access is intended only for the individual it was shared with — please don’t redistribute the link or password without permission.
