As one of the Principal Designers of the Morgan Stanley Brand System, Creative Studio, for over 10 years, I designed 500+ brand and marketing materials, built and managed the enterprise Brand Asset Library and JOBS server system, and led studio production for seven years. I created and maintained brand guidelines, creative playbooks, and SOPs adopted globally. The Insights & Outcomes brochure employed varied layouts across sections — resources, current topics, special reports, and conversations — to establish clear design hierarchy throughout the publication. My role focused on refining layouts, maintaining consistent typography and image tone, and managing multiple rounds of updates, print proofs, and production to deliver a polished, brand-compliant magazine.

Outcome: Producing Insights & Outcomes required exacting print standards throughout — from initial layouts to press-ready production. Specialty printing techniques, precise measurements, and complex multi-section design demanded close coordination across design, copy, and production teams, with multiple proof rounds ensuring color accuracy, typographic consistency, and mechanical files that met Morgan Stanley’s brand requirements.

Delivered a polished, brand-compliant biannual publication through multiple proof rounds ensuring color accuracy and typographic consistency. The publication was recognized with multiple design awards.
